We know that there are restrictions on promotion in the pharmaceutical sector, but we still had an idea to support sales representatives in front of doctors!
The reps of Nobel İlaç only have one way of promoting their products and sharing their medical literature, and that is getting front of and meeting with doctors. All it took was a good idea to create a sales project from these important meetings, and turn them into occasions that would lead to repeat appointments and provide the opportunity to promote new products.
So, we gave the reps another string to their bow with our “tablet film”. First, the reps uploaded the film onto their tablets, then, they showed the film to doctors during their visits. To see the next episode, the doctors would have to arrange the next appointment! We created a comedy series with Feyyaz Yiğit and Aziz Kedi, who have developed quite a following through their own work.
There are two simple rules to watching the tablet films: You have to be a doctor, and you have to make a repeat appointment with the sales rep. You’ll be wondering what happens in the next episode so much, you’ll have to make another appointment with the rep!. We called the series “Sick Man”. Feyyaz Yiğit plays four different characters in the series, which deals with the condition of hypertension. Feyyaz first plays a healer, then takes on the role of a professor. In following episodes, Feyyaz plays a pop star with hypertension and then a patient who is at death’s door. Every episode gives a nod to the medication the rep is promoting, and provides a perfect entry point for their pitch.
