The senior management of the Koç Group were meeting for the 26th time, and it was up to us to design the event, from concept to execution.
Each year, the senior leaders of Koç Holding come together to look back at the previous 12 months and to plan for the future. At the end of 2012, the Senior Executives Meeting took place for the 26th time, and we were responsible for the organization of the event, as well as deciding on its theme.
Each year, two guest speakers take to the stage, and this year we hosted Lord Christopher Patten, former Governor of Hong Kong, member of the European Union Commission, and chairman of the BBC Trust, and Robert Zarco, expert in franchise law.
The concept of the meeting had to define the values, aims and organizational culture of the Koç Group, and this year, we designed the “You Are the Key” theme. A dramatic film was at the heart of this creative concept, and it was narrated by no other than Mustafa Koç himself. In the film, Mustafa Koç accompanied Koç Group employees and explained the importance of taking action and believing in one’s self in order to reach success.
