We teamed up with two entrepreneurs still in their 20s to transform the real estate sector!
When you think of real estate, the first thing you think of is “challenges” in finding the right realty. Competition is fierce, there are no standard practices, prices can vary wildly... On top of that, when looking for new properties, you constantly come across old ads, because they’re simply not updated.
This is where two young, entrepreneurial brothers Sinan and Ömer İşçimenler stepped in. They came armed with new technology they developed themselves, and a new real estate search system build on efficiency. This is where the branding process of the Emlak Devri start-up project began.
Emlak Devri puts real estate consultants at the heart of this new business model. In fact, the real estate agent makes price offers on this new system, not the property owner. At the same time, real estate companies need to be in communication with consumers. We devised a social media launch to promote this new approach. To translate this vision, we focused on the relationship people develop with their homes and the “home culture” which this connection creates.
The traditional focus on buildings and construction in the real estate sector certainly didn’t fit the innovative solutions which Emlak Devri were offering. That’s why we developed a language unique to Emlak Devri to describe the details of city living, point out where people go wrong in looking for real estate, and answer common questions from real estate professionals.
