Koç Group’s top executives gathered for the 26th time. This year, the event’s theme was “You are the key.” And we were tasked with preparing the concept film shown at the opening of the event.
Every year, Koç Holding executives come together to review the past year and plan for the next. This tradition, which has continued for a quarter of a century, is brought to life each time with a theme suited to the spirit of the era. At the end of 2012, for the 26th Senior Executives Meeting, the theme was set as “You are the key.”
This annual meeting traditionally hosts two guest speakers. This year’s guests were Lord Christopher Patten—former Governor of Hong Kong, member of the European Commission, and chairman of the BBC Trust—and Robert Zarco, one of the world’s leading franchise attorneys.
We created a concept film around the theme “You are the key,” shaped by Koç Group’s values, goals, and corporate culture. Emphasizing the importance of taking action and believing in oneself to achieve success, the film featured Koç Group employees and was personally narrated by Mustafa Koç.
There’s only one key to shaping the future and reaching our dreams. And without a doubt, each of us holds that key.
